In FASHION, OUTFITS

A Bit Of Vintage, A Bit Of Dreams

Purses and jewellery… when does one have enough?
Never.

A woman can wear any outfit, but her bag, shoes and accessories will always tell you who she really is. Is she more of a classic elegant type? Is she extravagant? Does she want to stay low key, but likes quality? Or does she want to blend in?

Midi skirts were a music of the past until a couple of years ago. My mother used to wear them daily to work paired with a wool sweater and as a teenager I naturally found it super old school. Twenty years later is midi the only type of skirt I wear and a vintage mohair sweater is ultimately my favourite sweater of this Winter. Why is that though? I think that the older we get, the more we recur to our childhood memories… wearing my mom’s inspired outfit makes me happy. And that’s what fashion is about!

Midi skirt & vintage sweater – how to wear it without looking old fashioned and dull? Add your own touch. A statement bag, modern boots, fresh hair, something new. A colourful purse goes a long way, although most women wouldn’t be brave enough to buy it. It’s not as difficult to blend it in with your closet as you would think! It perfectly complements any elegant outfit and brings a simple white tee & jeans kind of combo to another level. Don;t be afraid to go for it! Furla made a few of these this season and it’s definitely worth it!

I hope you have a fabulous week full of imaginary sunshine, since we are sure not getting any of the real one!

Love,
