Being on a holiday doesn’t  only mean laying on a beach and drinking frozen margaritas all day. It means enjoying those yummy cocktails and local food without any feelings of guilt, therefore I stick to my daily workout – 45 min cardio ( I measure it in minutes not in km as I’m not the best runner) , 10 min of abs workout (if I’m alone I use the 8minABS workout app on my iPhone which is the best if you don’t have a trainer next to you) and same app for pushups.  That way I can properly enjoy my holidays, working out in environment like this is a pure bless ! And of course my BOOTCAMP wristband is always with me 😀

Keď sa povie dovolenka, to nie je len ležanie na pláži a pitie ľadových margaritas po celý deň. Znamená to uživanie si chutných koktailov a lokálneho jedla bez pocitov viny, preto aj na dovolenke dodržiavam svoj denný cvičebný režim – 45 min kardio (meriam to na minúty, nie na km, keďže nie som najlepší bežec), 10 min cvikov na brucho (ak som bez trénera používam 8minABS workout app na iPhone) a rovnakú aplikáciu na kliky. Takto si dokonale užijem dovolenku a keď sa pozriete na fotografie, športovať v takomto prostredí je čistým potešením! A samozrejme moje BOOTCAMP potítko cestuje všade so mnou 😀
