This year was my first time at MQ Vienna Fashion Week, as I have mentioned in my previous post.
We were planning to arrive one hour before the show to shoot our outfits and some street style, but thanks to numerous accidents it took us over an hour just to get trough Bratislava. We even missed the first minutes of the show! When the show ended it was already dark out so we decided to shoot the outfit in a garage.
When I found this yellow leather vest I knew I was gonna wear it. I also knew I was gonna pair it with a midi skirt since I am super crazy about them this season! You might have noticed from street style shots that it’s super hot right now to pair a midi like this with sneakers – I went for super comfy Novesta Marathon (Made in Slovakia!) There is always a lot of walking at fashion weeks so heels wouldn’t be a smart option.
The clutch is my DIY. I made it for the Blogger of the year event a few months ago, since I am crazy about patches and stickers too! The base is Mango, the rest is me.

I spent around four hours at MQ Vienna Fashion week and I can say, that you could spot a Slovak guest from the Austrian one from far. Slovak women still go for complicated hairdos, complicated dresses and often over-do it without a point. I thought they have learnt by now that less is more, but I guess not (of course there were exceptions!)
I cant wait for the Slovak fashion week Fashion LIVE! in less than a month 🙂
Have a nice Sunday!
